Eligibility Criteria for Tehsil Supervisor Jobs 2025
Candidates must meet the following requirements to apply:
Educational Qualification:
- Master’s degree in any subject with at least Second Division.
Domicile:
- Applicants must be residents of Punjab.
Age Limit:
- 22 to 45 years (age relaxation as per government policy).
Experience & Skills:
- Preference for candidates with experience in data collection, fieldwork, or surveys.
- Proficiency in using computers and tablets.
- Strong analytical, communication, and field management skills.

Important Instructions for Applicants
- An additional 5% manpower will be trained, but only selected candidates will proceed to fieldwork.
- Training performance will influence final selection.
- The number of fieldwork days may vary depending on workload.
- Selection is merit-based and on a daily wage basis (not permanent).
- The Authority’s decision is final and cannot be challenged in any forum.
- The Authority reserves the right to terminate contracts at any stage without explanation.
- Shortlisted candidates will receive phone calls for training schedules.
- Candidates must be willing to work in any Tehsil of their division (local applicants will be given preference).
- Those who complete training but do not join fieldwork will not receive compensation.
- Selected candidates must sign an agreement on an e-stamp paper (Rs. 100) to complete their assignments.
- Poor performance or absence from duty may lead to contract termination.
- The department will not provide health/hazard insurance during this assignment.
